The Formula E Change. Accelerated. Live Sustainable Innovation Conference, themed “Sustainable Cities of Tomorrow,” took place at Le Meridien Beach Plaza Hotel in Monaco during S10. The event emphasized the critical intersection of climate action and economic transformation, advocating for urban sustainability as a catalyst for growth and inclusivity.
With a lineup of influential speakers from sustainable sports, finance, green technology, and innovation sectors, the conference showcased Monaco’s ambitious efforts in building an inclusive and sustainable urban environment, aligning with the backdrop of the Formula E Monaco ePrix.
The on-stage program featured sessions such as “On the Path to a Greener Future” with Formula E CEO Jeff Dodds, a keynote on “Future Cities” by Carsten Menke of Julius Baer, and a panel discussing scalable solutions for urban sustainability. Highlights included a fireside chat on driving electrification in Monaco with key figures like racing driver Lucas Di Grassi and Bernard Fautrier, Special Advisor to H.S.H. Prince Albert II.
The event concluded with an exclusive networking cocktail reception, providing attendees with an opportunity to engage in meaningful discussions while overlooking the stunning Monaco coastline. -

The FIA Sustainable Innovation Series event, “Transport’s Net-Zero Transition,” held at the University of Tokyo during S10, showcased Formula E’s commitment to driving sustainable change in motorsport and mobility.
The event featured high-profile discussions and keynotes from industry leaders on how electric racing technologies are pioneering the future of clean and accessible transportation. Key highlights included a fireside chat with FIA CEO Natalie Robyn and Formula E CEO Jeff Dodds, who emphasized the transformative impact of zero carbon innovations on global mobility.
In addition, panels focused on the acceleration of race-to-road technology transfer, with experts like Nissan’s Tommaso Volpe and Andretti’s Roger Griffiths discussing advancements in battery technology and energy management.
The event also highlighted Japan’s strategic initiatives in smart mobility and data governance, underscored by insights from Professor Noboru Koshizuka and Mastercard’s Ken Uchiyama.
With a clear emphasis on collaboration between OEMs, startups, and policymakers, the event reinforced Formula E’s pivotal role in shaping a sustainable and inclusive transportation future. -

This edition of Change Accelerated Live was a collaboration between Formula E and the Zero Summit. It focused on sustainability, new energy markets, and mobility transition.
Key sessions included panels on new energy markets moderated by Emma Champion from BloombergNEF, with speakers like Dr. Nabih Cherradi from Desert Technologies and Diego Casanello from Vidavo, and discussions on mobility transition with insights from HRH Prince Khalid Bin Sultan Al-Abdullah Al-Faisal and Alejandro Agag of Formula E.
Additionally, the event featured a keynote on energy transition, a panel on agribusiness and food production, an interview with Ian James of NEOM McLaren Electric Racing, and a closing keynote by Iain Macbeth from Red Sea Global, all held against the backdrop of the thrilling Diriyah E-Prix electric races.
